MOTORIZED RECREATION ON PUBLIC LANDS IN THE BLACK HILLS.
THIS IS MY OPINION:
Some of you have already cast your eyes upon this, but what i would like to kniow is, how many more share my thoughts ?
MOTORIZIED RECREATION ON PUBLIC LANDS OF THE BLACK HILLS IS UNDER ATTACK BY SELFISH ENVIROMENTALISTS, THEY HAVE DETERMINED THAT YOU YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO RECREATE IN YOUR CHOSEN WAY AND ARE DETERMINED TO "LOCK YOU OUT" FROM ENJOYING YOUR A. T. V. ON PUBLIC LANDS.
RESPONSIBLE MOTORIZED RECREATION HAS LEGITIMATE PLACE ON PUBLIC LAND.

Yep I agree If you follow the rules I can not even ride the 2 trails behind my home that have been there for years and nobody uses except me a couple time a year and that SUCKS
