We are looking for lodging information as well as how well the trails are marked, if there are any GPS tracks we can download onto our own GPS', where and how we would obtain the trail pass and if we can leave on our ATV's right from our place of stay. Look forward to speaking more with you, oh and also if anyone from your group would be willing to join us and share the history with us. Our website can be viewed at eastman atv association.

Glenda L Dees said… Ive commented back twice before on this thread and I think the comments went to some great black hole in cyberspace.. so here goes again.
I am in NM.. but will be coming up to the BH area to ride next week.. I think Tue - Fri.. (9-27-11 to 9-30-11) if not longer.
We are looing for some 2 track-type trails to ride.... not "black trails" but nothing Im going to pass a mini van on..
We are also going to look around at the housing market around the BH, as my husband has been working in the ND and WY areas for the last 4 years.
Thanks for the Welcome..
Any trail info would be great...
Any chances of any rides planned ?

I have a 700 yamaha grizzly. We ride in Colorado and Utah every year. Myself and about 15 other guys have been riding Utah for the last 12 years. We pull our Toy haulers and trailers into some very remote areas and have put thousands of miles on in some amazing wilderness. Have ridden the Black hills several times around Nemo. Love the area. Have been to the motorcycle rally a dozen times since 1992. We started the USATV Search and Rescue Team about 7 years ago here in Omaha and have been involved with many missing person searches with alot of success. www.usatvteam.com . We are coming to the Black hills the last week in Sept or the first week in Oct. and are looking for a great place to dry camp and ride. Possibly around Keystone if there are some good trails in that area. If you have any ideas for us let me know. Its great to be a part of your club.
Thanks
Scott

Kyle M Cain said… Thanks for the offer on helping me with the stuff over the cliff, but we will have to rescheduel for a later date than this friday. I wrecked my dirt bike saturday and i tore a muscle in my left arm, and my bike didnt fair that great either. The doc says to keep from over exerting it for around 2 weeks, plenty of time to heal and fix my bike. I will let you know when i am better if you are still willing to help. Thanks again
