Tread lightly and ride responsibly

REMEMBER - ( YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RIDER BEHIND YOU ! )

1 - THE RIDER BEHIND YOU : Do not worry about the rider ahead of you. If he/she follows the same rules as you, he/she will be waiting for you at the next turn off.

2 - THE FIVE MINUTE RULE: If you get to an intersection and you don't see the rider behind you, wait 5 minutes. If the rider doesn't appear, turn around and redo your route.

3 - TAKING BREAKS: Everyone should stop for a break at the same time unless someone at the rear of the pack has a GPS tracker or knows where the trail master is heading.

4 - DON'T PANIC:: If you come to an intersection and the rider ahead of you didn't wait for you, look for fresh tire tracks. If you aren't sure which way they went, wait at that spot until someone returns.

5 - MAJOR INTERSECTIONS: Our trail masters will always wait at every major intersection and let the entire group catch up.

6 - HAZARDS ON THE TRAIL: If you come upon a hazard on the trail it is best to wait at that spot to make sure the rider behind you doesn't come blasting up behind you and not see the hazard.Give yourself some distance for visibility and wait until you are sure that he/she sees the hazard.

7 - HAND SIGNALS: USE THEM !!!!
