When I was a kid, none of us wore helmets while riding bicycles, playgrounds were covered in stones and we played outside without supervision. It was awful. None of us survived.

Kids and ATVs are great, but if your going to start a State Wide Organization, you can't be showing video with kids under 18 and especially the kid as young as the kid in Up on two wheels without a helmet on or the Anti-Atvers will eat you alive. I'm an ATV Safety Instructor in the State of WI and when I see kids as young as him not wearing a helmet and adults standing around thinking it funny and cool, it gives me the shivers. One wrong move and the kid could get hurt or killed. There is so many thing wrong in that video in a Safety Standpoint.
