September 4th through 9th the Apache County ATV Rough Riders held their 9th annual Arizona Outlaw Trail ATV Jamboree. We had approx. 200 paid riders from all over the Southwest US. One could take their pick out of 18 different rides and ride a different one each of the 3 days. It all started Tuesday with a hot dog and ice cream social and then the rides started early Wednesday morning. Rides ranged from 30 mile to over 100 miles. One of the rides was an over nighter that totaled over 200 miles. Saturday we held the ATV/UTV rodeo, which included events such as a mud bog, drag races, etc. Saturday evening was the closing with the awarding of prizes and presenting the winner of a raffle with a new Polaris 500 Sportsman donated by RideNow Power Sports. What a great time, everyone really enjoyed themselves. Next year we will have our 10th year jamboree. Plan to attend next year. The Jamboree is held in Eagar, Arizona. Hope to see you there.
By the way, I am new to the South Dakota ATV/UTV Association, as a matter of fact just joined today. I am also a member of the Apache County ATV Rough Riders out of Eagar, AZ I am Vice President of that club which is appx 200 member strong.
